Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 148 was read the third time. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the State Affairs Committee Letter of Intent (page 1651) be adopted. Senator Kerttula objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted. The question being: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 148 "An Act exempting the University of Alaska from the administrative adjudication provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Donley gave notice of reconsideration.
